If your order includes products with different shipping speeds, it can be split into separate packages. This avoids delaying products that you can receive sooner.

  1. Do your shipping speeds include production time?
    Absolutely, without exception! The speeds listed encompass the combined duration of printing your order and delivering it right to your doorstep.

  2. Are your shipping times guaranteed?

    Upon receiving your quote, you will be prompted to select a shipping speed. Once your order is confirmed, we will furnish you with a guaranteed arrival date for your item, and we fully honor that commitment. While unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or delays by the carrier can occur, if your order fails to arrive on time and you are dissatisfied, we share in your dissatisfaction. Please reach out to us, and we will take appropriate measures to rectify the situation.


  3. Do you offer free shipping?
    Although we currently do not provide free shipping, we strive to present you with speedy and cost-effective alternatives. Our continuous efforts to minimize expenses enable us to extend the benefits of reduced prices to you.

  4. Do I get tracking info? Where can I find it?
    Once your order has been shipped, an email notification will be sent to you, serving as a confirmation of the shipment. This email will provide essential details such as the delivery method, estimated arrival date, and any available tracking information. Additionally, you can conveniently access tracking information by visiting your order history.

  5. Which shipping carriers do you use?
    We use a variety of shipping carriers, including United States Postal Service, UPS and FedEx. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.

  6. Can I arrange for my own shipping provider / courier to deliver my order?
    We’re sorry, but because of our production process, we can’t accommodate special shipping requests.

  7. What if my package is returned to the sender?
    If the carrier was unable to deliver your order and it was returned to our manufacturing facility, please Contact us and we’ll reship your order free of charge.

  8. My product contains a defect or is damaged, what can be done?
    If the product is damaged and / or contains manufacturing defects when you receive your order, please Contact us and we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
